Returns

At ProSafe Products, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return policy for detailed information.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Certain items, such as custom-made or final-sale products, are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used PPE items.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" or "custom" at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email inf@prosafeproducts.com or call 970-245-7870 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided, including the RA number on the package.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@prosafeproducts.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Prepaid Labels: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
